The mission of the Dublin City Schools College and Career Academy is to accelerate a work ready citizen to be an effective communicator, problem solver, and lifelong learner in a global marketplace. 

DCSCCA operates as an organization designed to provide a seamless blend of academics with career and technical education and skills to exist as a cutting edge workforce incubator for the middle Georgia region by offering a variety of educational classes, events, and programs designed to reach, educate, and develop the current and future workforce.  

DCSCCA shall be governed by its Articles of Incorporation, its Bylaws, and the Dublin City Schools Board of Education.
